Mark Richards’ passion for building the best yachts afloat is born out of a lifetime of competitive ocean-racing experience. His victories include winning Admiral’s Cup campaigns, the America’s Cup, and of course, his record-holding nine podium appearances in the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race aboard the super-maxi Wild Oats. His extensive time on the water, coupled with his relentless competitive spirit, has given him an intuitive and innate understanding of the sea. Born out of Mark Richard’s lifetime of ocean-racing experience, V-Warp Technology is the excellence-defining construction and design technique that has been employed on all Grand Banks hulls since 2017. Trademarks of a V-Warp hull include a fine entry on the bow, graceful curvature amidships, and a minimal deadrise at the transom, all of which reduces drag while adding buoyancy, stability, and lift, allowing the boat to reach planing speeds with minimal energy and effort.
Now every eligible* pre-owned Grand Banks with a build year 2016 or greater, listed and sold by Grand Banks Yachts, includes a factory-supplied 12-month certified structural warranty.
